Olga Bolibok is a project coordinator and researcher at the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) in Vienna, with over a decade of experience in development, research, and innovation policy. She holds degrees in IS Management, Business Administration, and Biotechnology & Medical Systems. Olga has worked internationally in government policy consulting, methodology development, project coordination, research, and high-level event management. Her projects have included collaborations with the European Commission, UN DESA, UNIDO, the World Bank, GIZ, and the governments of Ukraine, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Canada, and the UK.
Olga’s expertise spans European integration and Enlargement policy, science and innovation policy, sustainable industrial development, cultural diversity, and training and education. As an expert for the EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building project at the College of Europe, she prepared Ukrainian officials for EU accession negotiations. At the ZSI, she co-authors the Austrian Research and Technology Report for the Austrian government and supports EU-funded policy projects. As an expert at the JRC European Commission, Olga supported Ukraine and Serbia’s Government Smart Specialization Teams as part of the UN Global Pilot Program on STI for SDG Roadmaps. She also played a key role in national innovation, and industrial development reforms in the Ukrainian government, serving as an advisor and project manager for the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
