Patricia is an MA student at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, studying International Security and Development. She is a holder of the NAWA Scholarship, as well as the Rector’s Scholarship and the ISAD Scholarship. Previously, she completed her BA in Political Science and International Relations at the Catholic University of Portugal. Along the way, she was a writer for the students and Alumni magazine, Da Democracia em Portugal, focusing on Women in Politics, Diplomacy, Hybrid Warfare, Moldova’s internal and external affairs and the Caucasus Region. She participated in two Model NATO simulations: Slovakia in Lisbon (May 2024) and Portugal in Forlì (November 2024). She was an Editor for the International Council of Peace and Security and The New Global Order. Currently, she is writing her MA thesis on the role of identity construction and Russian influence in shaping Moldova’s geopolitical position, examining its evolution from Soviet legacy to the contemporary world. She is interested in Information Warfare, Hybrid Threats, ENP-EU Integration, Memory Studies, and Liberal Political Philosophy.
