Mr Valeriu Țurcanu currently serves as Head of the Communication, Project Management, and Cooperation Service within the National Institute for Public Administration and Management (INAMP) of the Republic of Moldova. Previously, he held the position of Senior Programme Coordinator at IREX Moldova, under the USAID-funded My Community Programme, where he played a key role in enhancing local governance capacities across 127 local authorities.
