Ștefan Josan 

Ștefan Josan is a specialist in international relations and European affairs, focusing on Central and Eastern European states. Ștefan has worked at the European Parliament, the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe/ODIHR, as well as at Freedom House Romania.

He is a graduate of International Relations and European Studies from the College of Europe, Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée University, and Babeș-Bolyai University.

He is based in Bucharest, Romania.
