Pamela is a BA student at Central European University in Vienna, studying Culture, Politics, and Society. She obtained her International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma from Annie Wright Schools in Tacoma, WA. Prior to this, Pamela studied at Klosterneuburg Bundesgymnasium in Austria and Heritage International School in Chișinău, Moldova.
Pamela has a strong background in volunteering and public engagement. In December 2016, she supported live-streaming a working session during the Global Open Government Partnership Summit in Paris. She also assisted with the independent evaluation of a module on personal development and career planning conducted by the Open Government Institute in Moldova in 2018. As a youth representative from Moldova, Pamela served as a keynote speaker during the Internet Governance Forum High-Level Session in 2020, titled "Internet Governance in the Age of Uncertainty."
Her involvement with the Internet Governance Forum began in 2014 when, at the age of 10, she became the youngest participant ever registered at the Forum in Istanbul.
Pamela is a native Romanian speaker, fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in German and Spanish, and basic knowledge of Russian.
