Victor Guzun is a digital policy expert at the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE) in Moldova, a board member of the EDGE Institute (Romania), and the head of an international consulting company based in Estonia. 

He is passionate about digital transformation and serves as a consultant in various specialized projects aimed at supporting governments, the business sector, and local communities. 

Victor has previously worked as a teacher and university lecturer, a public official in the field of international relations, and served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Estonia.
